Housing and Travel

Early “birdie” registration for the 10th Reunion begins January 10, 2013 at 10 PM EST. During that time, classmates will be able to pay for campus beds on a first come, first serve basis, choosing between two locations: Princeton Seminary and main campus housing. The Class of 2003 has also reserved room blocks at several area hotels, all on the shuttle route (see list below).

On-Campus Beds (SOLD OUT, Wait list maxed out)

  • $125 / twin bed for the whole weekend (check-in Th, check-out Sun). Rooms could be singles, doubles, or quads. If you have a guest/spouse, it is recommended that you reserve two beds.

The Princeton Seminary (SOLD OUT, Wait list maxed out)

  • $144 / twin bed for the whole weekend. All seminary rooms are singles in Brown Hall, less than a five-minute walk from our HQ.

How to Reserve Housing

  • You will be asked to select one of the two locations and to pay for the bed at the time of registration. For anyone who misses this window, we will create a wait list, but beds are limited.
  • If you have paid for a bed in a given location, you have reserved that bed. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS, but if you are unable to attend, you may designate another classmate to use any beds you have reserved.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I reserve a specific room/roommates?

Roommate preferences and requests to be near other classmates will be taken into consideration when rooms are assigned in the spring, but cannot be guaranteed. The Class does not receive its Princeton on-campus room allotment until May. The University sometimes changes our room allocation at the last second and we have to shuffle the assignments, so no rooms will be announced until you arrive on-site at Reunions. We will try our best to meet everyone’s requests.

When is check-in and check-out?

Registration check-in hours are found here. Check out begins at approximately 8 AM.  You must be checked out of your housing by 11 AM Sunday.  You will not receive your linen deposit back if you are not checked out by 11 AM.

Will I need to pay for anything on campus?

You will be required to place one $50 deposit (in the form of a check) for each bed reserved. This will serve as the linen deposit in case linens are not returned. Upon return, the deposit will be voided. You must bring a checkbook to place the deposit. *Those staying in seminary housing will need an additional $20 check for a key deposit.*

Is there air conditioning?

No on-campus rooms have AC, so bringing a fan wouldn’t be a bad idea. The Seminary has AC.

Do I need to bring linens?

Each bed comes with basic linens, including a towel, pillow and blanket.  The towels tend to be tiny, so if you are tall, it might not be a bad idea to bring your own.

The Class of 2003 has reserved room blocks at the following hotels (all on shuttle route). These hotels are all serviced by the Reunions Tiger Transit. The Schedule is here.
